Delete your account
In the game (fastest)
- Open Sapa Hustle.
- Tap the gear at the top to open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete my account and data and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the game
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Sapa Hustle account". Send it from the email you saved your progress with, or include your player ID (shown at the bottom of Settings). We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your saved game, nickname, look, coins, badges and settings
- Your Daily Hustle scores and crew membership (a crew you started is removed)
- Your purchase records in our database, and your email address
Paystack, Flutterwave and Stripe keep their own payment records, as the law requires. Anything you bought cannot be restored after deletion. If you only want to start again, use Start again on this phone in Settings instead.
