Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and Previd Digital, 41 Lombard Street, Newark, NG24 1XG, United Kingdom ("we", "us"), the maker of Sapa Hustle: We Rise ("Sapa Hustle"). By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
1. The game
Sapa Hustle is free to play. It is a game: the naira, rent, jobs and events in it are pretend and have no real-world value. Game cash cannot be bought, sold or cashed out. The game does not involve gambling.
You must be 13 or older to play. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission before buying anything.
2. Your account
You can play as a guest. Your progress is saved on your phone and, when you are online, on our server. If you save your progress with an email, keep access to that email, because it is how you sign in on another phone. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
3. Purchases
- You can buy hustle coins, a one-time starter pack, ad removal and the Premium Pass. Prices are shown in your currency before you pay, and payments are handled by Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe.
- What you buy is a licence to use digital content in the game. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
- Items are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. By buying, you ask for immediate delivery and accept that your 14-day right to cancel ends once the item is delivered. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not delivered: email us with your receipt and we will deliver it or refund you.
- We may change prices or items in future. That does not affect what you have already bought.
4. Playing fairly
Do not cheat, hack, use bots, or interfere with the leaderboard, other players or our servers. Choose a nickname and crew name that are not offensive, hateful, sexual, or someone else's identity. We may remove names or scores, or suspend accounts, that break these rules.
5. Ads and sponsors
The free game may show ads and sponsored items. Watching a reward ad is always optional.
6. Changes and availability
We work to keep the game running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or stop parts of the game. If we ever close the game, we will give notice in the game.
7. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, or our responsibility for death or injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses from causes beyond our reasonable control.
8. Our name and content
Sapa Hustle™ and the S badge are trade marks of Previd Digital. The game's art, music, voice notes, text and code belong to us. You may share screenshots and your Hustle Story pictures, but you may not copy the game or use our name or badge for your own products without written permission.

Questions or complaints: [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Nigeria or elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
