Privacy policy
Sapa Hustle is a free game run by Previd Digital, 41 Lombard Street, Newark, NG24 1XG, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). This page explains what information the game uses, why, and your rights. We keep it as small as we can: you can play without giving us your name, phone number or email.

What we collect and why

Who helps us run the game
- Supabase stores game saves, scores and purchase records on its secure cloud servers.
- Cloudflare hosts the website, works out your approximate country, and runs the security check (Turnstile) that stops bots creating accounts.
- Resend delivers sign-in emails.
- Paystack and Flutterwave (Nigeria) and Stripe (UK) process payments under their own privacy policies.
- OneSignal sends push reminders, if you turn them on.
- Google AdSense shows ads on the website, if ads are switched on. Google may use cookies; where the law requires it you will be asked for consent first.
We do not sell your information.
Cookies and storage on your phone
The game saves your progress and settings in your browser's local storage. This is needed for the game to work, so no consent is required. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of our own. If ads are shown, Google's consent message explains its cookies and lets you choose.
How long we keep it
We keep your saved game and scores while you play. If you do not play for 24 months we may delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Deleting your account removes your saved game, scores, crew membership and purchase records from our database.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, or object to how we use it. You can delete everything yourself in Settings → Account → Delete my account and data, or email us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).
Children
Sapa Hustle is meant for players aged 13 and over. Players under 18 should ask a parent before buying anything. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and tell you in the game when the change matters.
